钻井液力冲击马达在旋转提供扭矩的同时,产生高频的纵向冲击力来提高钻进过程中钻压的传递及钻进的效率。
液力冲击马达将普通马达产生的横向震动,转换成轴向的冲击力,液力冲击马达装有液动短节,产生的轴向力传递到螺杆本体,螺杆本体产生拉拽力带动钻柱高频低幅的向下蠕动,使工具产生最大的效率。

The hydraulic driving motor converts the lateral vibration generated by the ordinary motor into an axial impact force. The hydraulic driving motor is equipped with a hydraulic nipple, the axial force generated is transmitted to the body of downhole drilling motor, and the body generates a pulling force to drive the drill string high-frequency and low-amplitude creeping downwards allows the tool to produce maximum efficiency.

液力冲击马达产生22-24Hz振动,显著降低钻杆与井壁的摩阻,且在钻头与地层之间形成一个规则的敲击振动,生成地层微裂缝,大大提高钻井效率。
液力冲击装置可以有效的增加冲击力并配合马达产生全方位的三维振动,提高工具的能量利用率,增加工具可靠性。
液力冲击马达动力部分采用全新的加工工艺使其功率输出大于普通螺杆的25%以上:
注胶:采用全新的热浇注模式,完全消除了气泡和应力,提升了定子的生产质量,精度控制精准,并确保了定子寿命。
加工:采用全新一次成型技术,加工精度大幅提高,可以保证线型啮合更好,输出扭矩更大。
