工具原理 Tool principle 

 

  水力脉冲轴向振荡钻井技术是将钻井液产生压力脉冲的液压能转化为机械能, 通过钻柱的轴向振荡来减小钻柱与井眼之间的静摩擦力,从而改善钻压传递。

  钻具轴向振荡首先可以通过静、动摩 擦力转化减阻,而且通过改变摩擦力的方向,当振荡发生时,管壁上某一点会在一定振幅内来回振荡,如果管柱的叠加运动速度方向改变,则摩擦力的方向也改变, 从而减小了管柱与井壁间的总摩擦力。

 

      The hydraulic pulse axial oscillation drilling technology converts the hydraulic energy of the pressure pulse generated by the drilling fluid into mechanical energy, and reduces the static friction between the drill string and the borehole through the axial oscillation of the drill string, thereby improving the bit weight transmission.

     The axial oscillation of the drilling tool can firstly transform the static and dynamic friction to reduce the drag, and by changing the direction of the friction, when the oscillation occurs, a certain point on the pipe wall will oscillate back and forth within a certain amplitude. If the superimposed movement speed direction of the pipe string changes, the direction of friction also changes, thereby reducing the total friction between the pipe string and the well wall.

 

减阻增压提速工具主要由动力短节、盘阀总成和振荡短节组成。

动力短节: 由一个动力短节组成, 来驱动阀片做往复运动

盘阀总成: 产生压力脉冲, 脉冲的频率与经过的流量成正比

振荡短节: 将压力脉冲转化为轴向运动 

 

The drag reduction, pressurization and speed-increasing tool is mainly composed of a power nipple, a disc valve assembly and an oscillating nipple.

Power nipple: Composed of a power nipple to drive the valve plate to reciprocate

Disc valve assembly: Generate pressure pulse, the frequency of the pulse is proportional to the passing flow rate

Oscillation nipple: Convert the pressure pulse into an axial movement
